First Floor:
You'll find a full kitchen with a peninsula (2 bar stools) and an island table that seats 6—perfect for sharing meals and conversation. There's a comfy den with a smart TV and a desk, plus a full bathroom with a shower. The screened porch features two chairs and a small table for relaxing.

Second Floor:
There are two bedrooms. The kid’s room has two bunk beds (twin over full), a full closet, and a dresser. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full closet with shelves. A sitting room with a loveseat and two chairs offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee or quiet time. There’s also a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Linens are provided.

Basement:
The finished basement includes a sectional sofa and smart TV. There's a bedroom with a queen bed, and a closet under the stairs stocked with summer toys. One utility closet will remain locked for safety.

Other features: Window AC units in both upstairs bedrooms and in the kitchen on the main floor, BBQ grill provided on the side of the house and WiFi.
